Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales, deal management, service management, or as a solution expert in the IT or professional services field
- Proven experience in working on complex, large-volume deals with long sales cycles
- Strong understanding of professional services, project business, and commercial contract models
- Experience in developing winning strategies, smart costing, and pricing approaches
- Ability to lead and orchestrate interdisciplinary, virtual, and heterogeneous teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English
- Structured and analytical working style combined with high autonomy and assertiveness
