Job Description
We are looking for a Practice Lead to take ownership of project delivery excellence and lead a team of Project Managers delivering Networking, Security, Data Centre, Cloud, and Applications projects.
Requirements
- Recent experience leading the delivery of large-scale projects and programmes, ideally within a professional services organisation.
- Proven ability to deliver business growth
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project and practice financials and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop individuals and teams.
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with sales, service delivery, and service development teams.
- Experience with Networking & Security, Datacentre and/or Cloud & Applications technologies would be an advantage
