Facility Management Employee responsible for technical and infrastructure maintenance of office spaces in the southern region, planning and coordinating inspections, maintenance, and infrastructure measures, creating reports and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in Facility Management or comparable professional experience
• Understanding and interest in building technology
• Independent, structured, and flexible working style
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Willingness to visit locations 1-2 times a month
