HR Manager Payroll/Entgeltabrechnung w/m/d

We are looking for an HR Manager Payroll/Entgeltabrechnung to lead our twelve-member payroll team in our German headquarters. The role offers a lot of scope for design and management, and requires several years of management experience, knowledge of labor law, social security law, and employment law, as well as experience in project and process management.

Requirements

• Several years of management experience in a comparable position
• Successful completion of the Core5 procedure
• Very good knowledge of labor law, social security law, and employment law
• Secure handling of MS Office (particularly Excel) and SAP HR HCM /S/4Hana
• Confident and assertive appearance at all levels up to top management, as well as empathy and communication strength
• Experience in project and process management and a digital mindset for the optimization and automation of HR processes
• Very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speech
