We are looking for a French Speaking Procurement Administrator to support our global procurement function in Budapest, Hungary. The role involves providing procurement administrative support to our global organisation, approval and vetting of orders, and building relationships with suppliers.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and in French
- Understanding of Procure 2 Pay cycle and associated processes
- Working knowledge of SRM, SAP, KDS NEO
- High level of computer literacy and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Basic commercial awareness
- Office administration experience
- Contract management experience (advantageous)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Highly numerate and effective critical thinking skills
- Previous supervisory experience of a small team would be advantageous
- Ability to prioritise and work under a tight schedule
- Meticulous and diligent
