Requirements

• Proven experience as an Enterprise / Workplace / Solution Architect delivering large-scale Microsoft workplace solutions
• Strong architectural knowledge of the Microsoft Modern Workplace portfolio
• Experience working in secure or regulated environments (defence sector experience highly desirable)
• Ability to lead complex engagements, influence senior stakeholders, and own solutions end to end
• Experience operating in a consulting or pre-sales environment, balancing technical depth with commercial awareness
• Strong documentation, design authority, and governance experience
• A continuous learning mindset, with relevant Microsoft certifications or a willingness to attain them
