Delivery Lead

Delivery Lead responsible for leading and managing service and change delivery for an account, a group of accounts or for a significant area of service within one of our larger accounts.

Requirements

• Experienced practitioner in IT Service Management
• ITIL training, possibly to Expert status
• Ability to understand how IT services fit in a customer's business and how to add value as a service provider
• Leadership and management skills
• Collaborative, inclusive, inspiring, creative, and curious mindset
• Ability to present service performance and improvement ideas to different audiences
