We are the leading provider of software in the healthcare sector, seeking a Part-time HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to support our senior HR Business Partners in daily business and ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Supporting (senior) HR Business Partners in their daily business and ongoing projects
• Working closely with various HR interfaces such as Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, or our HR Center of Excellence
• Taking over own task packages from research to data analysis to the creation of presentation materials
• Supporting in the content preparation of strategic HR topics around Leadership, Change Management or Organizational Development
• Working on the planning and implementation of internal HR projects - especially on Talent & Performance Management
