Technicien(ne) support helpdesk Niveau 1

We are looking for a helpdesk support technician to provide technical support to clients, resolve software and hardware problems, and monitor user workstations. The ideal candidate is someone who prioritizes client satisfaction, has a pedagogical sense, and enjoys sharing knowledge.
