Job Description
Create the future of e-health by becoming a Software Support Specialist at CompuGroup Medical. Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and document customer interactions.
Requirements
- Available to work between 8AM – 8PM EST Monday through Friday
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Knowledge of Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) systems, medical terminology, medical office workflow, medical billing or insurance
- Ability to troubleshoot and use Windows operating systems to diagnose problems
- Ability to independently perform research using resources such as the internet and procedure manuals
