Senior Projektmanager (m/w/d)

As a Senior Project Manager at CGM, you will be responsible for complex and strategically relevant projects in a national and international context, steering interdisciplinary teams, creating clear structures, and ensuring transparency in all project phases.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management – ideally in a technology-driven company
• Outstanding academic background from a renowned university in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field – preferably supplemented by a PhD
• Certified project management expertise (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, AgilePM) and experienced handling of common tools (e.g. JIRA, MS Project, Confluence)
• Strategic thinking, high conceptual strength, and ability to lead complexity structured and solution-oriented
• Safe and professional German language skills and a professional attitude that combines demand, precision, and enthusiasm
• Convincing power, clear communication, and sovereignty in dialogue with different target groups – up to C-level
