Job Description
ComPsych is seeking an On-site EAP Counselor to provide direct onsite clinical services at a customer's site in Covington, KY. The ideal candidate will have sound clinical judgement and experience in EAP services, onsite EAP experience highly desired.
Requirements
- LCSW/LPCC license required
- At least 5 years of providing direct clinical services
- Experience in work-related issues
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with corporate office
- Experience in facilitating onsite training programs and presentations
- Proven track record of fostering partnerships with management, unions, and other personnel
- Crisis intervention experience, including providing CISM services
- Sound clinical judgment
- Excellent critical thinking skills
