Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in information technology network and telecommunication environments
- Strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field
- Experience with large-scale production network and telecommunication projects
- Proficiency with Cisco, Genesys Cloud, Zoom, and faxing solutions
- Project management and technical team management
