The Care Coordinator - WISe position is part of the WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) program, serving youth with mental health diagnoses and severe behavioral disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• Eligible for registration as Agency Affiliated Counselor
• Valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
• Pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check
