Authorization Specialist

Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking an Authorization Specialist to provide full-spectrum coordination of client referrals and obtainment, entry and tracking of authorizations in the electronic health record. The Authorization Specialist will work with clients to arrange and schedule referral appointments, process authorizations and submit clinical supporting documentation to insurance carriers, and monitor and report issues with client authorizations and/or referrals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of related experience working in an office setting with computer systems
