Job Description
Compound Eye is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the development of their next product roadmap, ensuring it meets customer needs and delivers high-quality solutions. The role involves market analysis, product lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role reports directly to the CEO and will be pivotal in scaling Compound Eye's product offerings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a fast-growing company.
- Experience collaborating with multiple engineering and robotic disciplines.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Technical fluency in robotics and autonomy.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Military or defense industry experience would be helpful.
