ComplyAdvantage is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO & President, GTM. The role involves providing exceptional executive support, adding structure and improving processes, and working in a high-growth and mission-driven company.

Requirements

• Experience supporting senior executives (CEO/Founder or C-Suite preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex coordination, logistics, and shifting priorities
• Experience or interest in light program management or operational workflows
• Excellent judgement, communication, and written documentation abilities
• A proactive mindset and desire to make the executive function run smoothly and effectively
• Proven experience leveraging AI to enhance communication and productivity
