Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Development Operations Lead to join our fast-paced and collaborative development team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in team coordination, operations, or similar roles within a development or technology environment.
- At least 3 years of experience leading a development team
- At least 5 years of experience on frontend and backend development using C#,.NET Core, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JQuery
- Has strong understanding of API, MVC, Entity Framework and development standard practices
- Experience working with Generative AI, Agent, MCP is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
