Job Description
Competitive Capabilities International (CCi) is seeking an experienced Principal to join their Global team. This role focuses on driving client engagements, overseeing project delivery, and developing business opportunities, with a primary focus on building client relationships. The Principal will work from home and travel to clients in various locations across the United States. The position requires a strong understanding of business strategy, industry expertise, and excellent leadership skills.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering Science or Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 8 – 10 years’ leadership, management, and/or business development role with experience in supply chain / operations / manufacturing (make)
- Proven experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategy, operations, or organizational transformation
- Business acumen for developing and managing global and allocated market accounts.
- Expert knowledge of CCI solutions and platform
- Strong technical and commercial acumen
- Advanced English or allocated market specific language skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Client-centric mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
