Job Description
Compass Group USA is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the development and enhancement of core operational capabilities for scalable growth. The role will focus on building and refining vendor management, production support operations, quality assurance, and portfolio management.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technology operations or related fields
- 7+ years of experience in senior leadership guiding enterprise-level initiatives
- Expertise in managing cross-functional teams across program delivery, release management, production support, vendor oversight, and finance
- Strong knowledge of agile practices, ITSM, DevOps, and vendor governance is essential
- Track record of balancing operational stability with transformation and consistently driving reliability and growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management are required, as well as the ability to influence executive decisions
