Working as a Director of Housekeeping, Senior Living you are responsible for advising and leading all aspects of the operational needs of the EVS Department in a Senior Living community.
Requirements
- Four year college degree and equal related experience required
- Three years of housekeeping management experience at a healthcare/senior living account required
- Must have the ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data
- General intuition for business
- Excellent social skills
- High customer service and quality demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines
