Requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document current and future state business processes
- Support the Product Manager and broader Product Management team in creating and refining Epics, Features, and User Stories aligned with the Agile Framework
- Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable Features and User Stories with acceptance criteria
- Support the product teams' testing efforts by suggesting test cases that reflect real-world scenarios
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and discovery sessions with business and technical teams and document outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Functional and Technical leads to ensure that solutions are feasible and fit for purpose
- Provide ongoing support to the product team throughout the development lifecycle, including testing and business validation
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them as appropriate
- Support change management and post-go-live user feedback collection and analysis
- Serve as a liaison between the Product Management layer and Product teams in order to ensure features and requirements are clearly understood and executed
- Provide end-user support for system related technical issues
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective
