LPN

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our busy behavioral health clinic. The LPN will play a vital role in supporting psychiatric providers, coordinating patient care, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for our patients.

Requirements

• Perform patient intake, including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and health history updates
• Administer medications and injections as ordered (e.g., long-acting injectables)
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatment and report concerns to providers
• Assist with psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments
• Coordinate lab work, prior authorizations, and prescription refills
• Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, state regulations, and confidentiality standards (HIPAA)
• Support crisis intervention efforts as needed
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and administrative staff
