Licensed Case Manager - Behavioral Health

We are seeking a Case Manager to join one of our regional treatment teams. This individual will provide clinical services to clients, offer practical help, build community support, teach recovery-based skills, and monitor services.

Requirements

• Minimum of an LSW or LPC licensure
• Prior experience in case management working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness preferred
• A car and a valid Ohio driver’s license and insurability through the Agency’s insurance carrier required
• A deeply held belief in CSS’s recovery-centered mission
• Ability to develop positive relationships with individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse challenges
• Skill in assessing individuals for strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Skill in managing time and meeting deadlines
• Ability to negotiate assertively from an advocacy perspective
• Knowledge of community resources and demonstrated ability to access
