League Coordinator

AGS is seeking an energetic and organized League Coordinator to manage the logistics and operations of adult sports leagues. This role combines on-site leadership with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth seasons and consistent event execution. The ideal candidate will be a people person capable of growing and managing the leagues.

Requirements

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of assigned leagues.
• Create or manage schedules for practices, games, and events.
• Coordinate field/court setup, equipment management, and clean-up.
• Manage player registrations, rosters, and schedules.
• Ensure games run on time and adhere to rules.
• Handle conflicts and concerns professionally.
• Recruit, schedule, and supervise referees, coaches, and support staff.
