Job Description
Make a Real Impact in Your Community! As a Residential Re-entry Specialist, you will utilize your strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to help individuals overcome substance abuse and reclaim their lives. You will work closely with other team members to develop and implement individualized plans for each resident and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their stay.
Requirements
- High School Diploma plus 4 years experience in the social service or criminal justice field
- Bachelors degree plus one year experience in the social service or criminal justice field preferred
- Experience with Youth Population Preferred
- Able to arrive 15 minutes before shift for shift change, may also be required to stay later
- Valid drivers license
