Residential Re-Entry Specialist (2nd)

Community Solutions is seeking a full-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist to join their team at their Cheyney House location in Hartford, CT. The role involves providing client supervision, completing program operations, and upholding agency policies. The specialist will also provide a safe environment, facilitate counseling and advocacy, and support clients in addressing criminogenic tendencies.

Requirements

• Report to work 15 minutes before shift for shift change
• Provide update on any client issues and incidents
• Verify all physical items being passed between shifts
