Requirements

• Master’s Degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing clinical supervision and training to mental health professionals
• Strong understanding of family systems theory, behavior therapy principles, and adolescent development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the Program Director, MST Experts, and external stakeholders
