Job Description
Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Manager to join our team at the Barstow MAP Program in Barstow, CA. This person will also support our new Multi-Dimensional Anti-Recidivism Partnership (MAP) located in Joshua Tree and Victorville, CA (25% travel).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a social science field
- 1 year experience in case management or similar field
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
