Case Manager, DRC

Join Community Solutions, Inc. as a Case Manager to make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals on parole. Lead by example, show clients how to build positive behaviors, and contribute to their communities. Perform client needs assessments, develop and document program plan goals, and facilitate individual and group sessions with integrity and fidelity to curriculum/manual.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and one year experience in case management or similar field
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Previous assessment and facilitation experience preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Office and a commitment to working as part of a team
