We are hiring compassionate and caring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities in living more independent, fulfilling lives. You will provide hands-on care, emotional support, and community engagement while promoting dignity and respect.
Requirements
- Support individuals in developing life skills
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
- Implementing behavior support plans and teaching coping strategies
- Maintaining accurate records of services provided
- Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
