Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Quality Assurance and Incident Management, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to individuals with developmental, intellectual and physical disabilities, and works as a member of the Healthcare Department to assure accurate and comprehensive medical records are maintained and health care services are provided.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma and/or certification from an accredited LPN Program or College
- Registered LPN License in the State of Delaware
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Demonstrates proficiency in reading and writing
- Strong presentation skills, interpersonal and problem solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience working with Adults with Intellectual Disabilities
