Job Description
CHC, a top 100 Employer in Plano, TX, is seeking a Pharmacist I to support the integration of members into the CHC Supply Trust network. The role involves account management, member onboarding, communication, clinical knowledge support, and contributing to pharmacy clinical services. Requirements
- 1-2 years of pharmacy practice experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and therapeutics
- Current and valid pharmacist license in any state
- Registered Pharmacist certification
- Master of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency with computer skills
- Ability to articulate drug information
