Job Description
The Nail Technician Instructor will teach students in the Nail Technician Program, preparing them for entry-level employment in Manicuring. The ideal candidate will have a valid Oklahoma Master Instructor License, a minimum of three years of field experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Advanced industry and terminology knowledge in the program field
- Ability to use training curriculum in various ways and activities
- Highly developed interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
- Leadership abilities
- Strong presentation, public speaking, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and resourcefulness skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and other basic campus management software
- Experience in higher education, adult training, curriculum development, and program administration a plus
- Physical and Mental Requirements: standing, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and using hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment
