Job Description
Responsible for completing Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for members, communicating with case management team, and documenting activities timely and accurately. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, and be able to operate a personal computer and Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or active progress towards 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field
- 6 months customer service and data entry experience in the medical field or managed care organization
- Ability to operate a personal computer, Microsoft Office, telephone, fax, and copier
- Medical terminology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Bilingual (English and Vietnamese)
