Job Description
Common Room is seeking a Tech Lead Manager to lead a team and architect complex software solutions, ensuring high-quality, scalable systems. This role involves technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The company is experiencing rapid growth and is backed by significant investors, focusing on a customer intelligence platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with at least 2+ years in a tech lead or people management capacity.
- Ability to operate independently, but guide and accelerate growth.
- Strong judgment on tradeoffs, tools, and architecture.
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, TypeGraphQL, Apollo/Express, Postgres, and ClickHouse.
- Experience with AWS, Rook (Cloud), and React.
