Job Description
CommerceIQ is seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer II to join its Data Acquisition platform. The role involves leading a team to develop and improve bot detection systems, analyze bot-detection systems, and collaborate with other engineers to integrate detection avoidance capabilities into the platform. This is a key component of the Bot Detection platform's development, focusing on gathering data without being detected as a bot.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in software engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in leading small to medium-sized teams.
- Expertise in scalable, distributed systems with strong problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience and a deep understanding of JavaScript.
- Significant experience working with Linux/Unix
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with observability, system networking, performance optimizations.
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies and development processes.
