Job Description
This Embedded Software Engineer role involves developing software, including real-time Linux applications and FPGA firmware, to support mission needs. Responsibilities include securing communication systems, integrating hardware, and developing flight executive code, while also mentoring junior engineers. The position requires security clearances and is based on-site at command post technology center.
Requirements
- Currently hold a security clearance at the SECRET level and be eligible for Top Secret.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Six years professional technical experience including design, test, and evaluation.
- Knowledgeable in Programming and Scripting Languages (C/C++; Verilog; Python; TCL; Shell scripts; Git Version Control)
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and good judgment skills
