Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are key. The role is responsible for the oversight of client care, medical record, health and safety, medication administration and the coordination of medical care for the clients with the program receiving service with variety of psychiatric and health related needs.

Requirements

• Active LPN License
• At least two (2) years of mental health experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Physical examination including TB test and Hep B.
• Act 31 Mandated Reporter Training
