Director, Finance

The Director of Finance directs and controls Accounting and Finance activities for the LATAM & Linear Motion Business Unit, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance with SOX. This role involves advising the CFO and general manager on financial matters and improving business performance by working closely with manufacturing to drive profitability. The role also involves the oversight of internal controls and capital assets.

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of SAP
• Experience with consolidation software (FCCS, HFM)
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions
• Knowledge of Maquiladora process and related regulations
• Fluent in English and Spanish
