Job Description
Color Health is seeking a Head of DevOps, Security & IT to lead the organization's technology stack across all platforms, security, and internal IT. This is a hands-on role requiring significant experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes), security maturity (SOC 2, HIPAA), and IT operations for a remote and hybrid workforce. The company focuses on revolutionizing cancer care with virtual cancer clinics and personalized medical services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across infrastructure and security, 5+ years in a management role.
- Hands-on experience with security engineering, cloud security posture, and incident response.
- Experience supporting compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST).
- Strong working knowledge of CI/CD, observability, identity and access management, and secure software development practices.
