Job Description
The Collinson Group is seeking a Claims Handler- Portuguese Speaking to handle inbound claims calls, claims assessment, and customer support for travel insurance products.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- 1+ year of experience in insurance claims with knowledge of travel insurance products
- Understanding of FCA regulations and TCF principles
- Experience with Gotrex claims system or similar
