As Valuation Specialist, you will be focused on producing thorough reports, fostering relationships, and finding strong solutions for clients. You will promote and advocate for the Colliers’ brand in the market, articulating our value to clients through superior customer service.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of related work experience
- Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license or pursuing this
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced appraisal class curriculum completion preferred
- Team player mentality with excellent communication skills
