Senior Valuation Specialist

Colliers is seeking a Senior Valuation Specialist to join their team. As a valuation and appraisal professional, you will be responsible for applying a proven understanding of the principles of valuation and for the valuation of all property types within the commercial real estate industry.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
• CRE experience/ background to perform the role
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
