Production Analyst - Debt and Structured Finance

Colliers is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Production Analyst to analyze financial and supporting documents, underwrite financial models, and recommend structured debt and equity financing to clients.

Requirements

• Develop and produce financing packages
• Analyze financial transaction information
• Manage due diligence checklists
• Assist in the preparation of high quality marketing materials
• Assist in the loan closing process
• Evaluate economic trends and research real estate market data
• Review various reports
• Effectively communicate with capital providers and maintain database
