Colliers is a global real estate advisor seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the smooth operation of office buildings, shopping centers, and commercial real estate assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility, hospitality, or real estate-related roles and be driven, customer-focused, and proactive.
Requirements
- Managing soft services such as cleaning, security, waste management, and hospitality.
- Coordinating notifications and maintenance work with Technical Managers and suppliers.
- Managing contracts, SLAs, and the annual service cost budget.
- Managing service providers and monitoring quality and performance.
- Monitoring certifications, safety, and compliance (e.g., ARBO and fire safety).
- Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to sustainability and energy management.
- Serving as a point of contact for tenants and users.
