Requirements

• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Commercial real estate broker license required (or in the process of obtaining it)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Previous experience with CRM software
• Experience in the commercial real estate sector or a related field is a strong asset
• Prior experience in real estate appraisal or asset management is a strong asset
