This role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to team strategy. The position requires strong negotiation skills, market analysis, and client communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate leasing
- Proven track record of successful transaction execution and business development
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (client-facing experience essential)
- Fluent in English and Czech (both written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals
