Project Manager

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital building and infrastructure projects for institutional clients within the public sector. This role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting or exceeding client expectations, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the client's best interests are represented. The company delivers capital project solutions to fulfill client needs across built environments and has a commitment to building communities.

Requirements

• Develop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact.

• Lead programs or work and large capital projects, varying in size and scope.
• Manage all stakeholders including both clients and consultants.
• Select and organize project teams and establish levels of authority and lines of communication.
