Requirements

• Supervision and mentorship of employees
• Develop and implement strategies and training initiatives
• Provide periodic review of employees
• Responsible for mid and year-end performance reviews
• Maintain a strong understanding of partner's environments
• Drive best practices for remote desktop management
• Maintain and enforce the asset refresh program
• Provide purchase approval and assist with providing financial forecasts
• Define and maintain security procedures and policies
• Monitoring, supporting, and troubleshooting systems issues
• Adhere to and enforce the appropriate information security policies
